Verification before contact
Phone numbers remain private until both commuters are verified and independently express interest in each other. Email addresses are never shown to other commuters.
Mutual accept and limited visibility
Anonymous and unverified routes can be seen only from a compatible route, and no one can act on them. Verified compatible commuters may see a limited profile. Exact addresses, live location, documents, identifiers, email, names, and phone numbers remain private during discovery.
Women-only matching
Women-only routes are visible and matchable only where the preference is compatible.
Practical safety expectations
Use public pickup points, keep the first meeting simple, and do not share private addresses unless you are comfortable doing so. Destination5 helps identify route fit and verified accounts; users remain responsible for their own choices and conduct outside the platform.
Reporting
To report harassment, false identity, commercial misuse, or any safety concern about a matched user, email safety@destination5.pk with your account email, match details, and a clear description of what happened.
